Introduction

Welcome to GLPTrackr. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GLPTrackr mobile application and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GLPTrackr. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

GLPTrackr is currently available to users in the United Kingdom.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your login credentials with anyone else.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use, contact us immediately at hello@glptrackr.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

The Service

GLPTrackr is a wellness companion app designed to help users track their GLP-1 weight loss medication, meals, nutrition, side effects, and overall wellbeing.

The Service includes features such as medication tracking, AI meal plans and recipes, food photo scanning, barcode scanning, injection tracking, morning check-ins, progress analytics, a community feature, and AI-powered insights including the Daily Brief, Golden Dose Finder, and predictive side effects.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

Medical disclaimer

GLPTrackr is not a medical device. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

AI-generated content including meal plans, recipes, nutritional analysis, side effect predictions, and dose insights are for informational purposes only. These features are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Always consult your prescribing doctor, pharmacist, or healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication, dosage, diet, or treatment plan.

You should never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by GLPTrackr.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated nutritional estimates from food photo scanning or barcode lookups. These are estimates and should be treated as approximate values.

Subscriptions and payments

GLPTrackr offers a subscription-based service. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are displayed within the app and on our website.

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play Store.

Free trials, if offered, will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Founding member pricing is a promotional offer available to a limited number of early subscribers. Once claimed, founding member pricing remains locked for the duration of your continuous subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, founding member pricing is no longer guaranteed.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
  • Post harmful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive content in the community
  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, copy, or extract data from the Service by automated means
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Community guidelines

GLPTrackr includes an in-app community feature where users can share posts, experiences, and support each other.

By using the community, you agree to:

  • Be respectful and supportive of other users
  • Not share medical advice or recommend specific medications or dosages to others
  • Not post spam, promotional content, or external links without permission
  • Not share personally identifiable information about yourself or others (such as full names, addresses, NHS numbers, or contact details)
  • Not post content that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate

We moderate community content and reserve the right to remove any post or comment that violates these guidelines. Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Content you post in the community is visible to other GLPTrackr users. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the Service.

Intellectual property

All content, features, design, branding, and technology within GLPTrackr are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

GLPTrackr™ is a registered trade mark. GLPIQ 3.0 is a proprietary AI system. You may not use our trade marks, logos, or branding without our written permission.

You retain ownership of your personal data, health data, progress photos, and any content you create within the app. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Availability and uptime

We aim to keep GLPTrackr available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

GLPTrackr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law.

Third party services

GLPTrackr may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as app stores, payment processors, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

Termination

You can stop using GLPTrackr and delete your account at any time through Profile > Settings > Delete Account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
